Code of Conduct and Core Values
Three Sisters Brewery’s Code of Conduct is based on our core values, principals and the behaviour that is expected of all Three Sisters Brewery’s staff, suppliers and customers who are on the premises, or within any company related events.
Our core values are listed below and at all times will lead any and all actions, behaviour and outcomes to achieving these values to the best of our ability.

Inclusivity - Everyone is welcome at Three Sisters!
Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated, this includes but not limited to:
  • Verbal, physical or written abuse in anyway
  • Discrimination
  • Illegal activity
  • Bullying, intimidation or victimisation
  • Unsolicited actions towards customers, suppliers or fellow employees
  • Unwelcome sexual attention
Taking Care - Of our products, our services, our customers and each other. We care about each other and the work that we do at Three Sisters, we deal with each other in Good Faith, from labelling bottles to cooking the 100th basket of fries for the day, if we take pride in our work and our products, the quality will cascade down to create an excellent experience for everyone!
Having Fun - Three Sisters is a fun place to work/drink and be merry at, where staff, customers and suppliers can relax and enjoy themselves. Every experience with Three Sisters should be a happy one, whether that be a staff or customer experience. Let's work together to ensure that this is always the case.
Any violations are to be reported immediately, either through the management team or anonymously - this can be done through eapservices.co.nz
Violations within these guidelines will result in immediate investigation and will follow standard disciplinary procedures which could involve termination or a trespass notice. The management team will endeavour to resolve any disputes with the parties or through mediation with the goal to create a harmonious environment.
